Virtual or in person, a person to exercise will with keep your spirits up and get a little competion going. It is always good to have someone in your corner and keeping them going helps keep you going !

  1. I love apps where you can see what the other person has done. My family members and I use Runkeeper, so I get notifications when they’ve completed an activity. Sometimes I really wish it didn’t so I could keep being a slacker instead of having to go out and one up them. : )
