      • Oh ok ! That should be about 5 kilos, since January isn’t it ? Wasn’t January when you started ?
        I am impressed with anyone who can keep up with a goal. I am working on small changes.
        What about clothes ? Do the fit better ?
        Please tell me about joints – are they ok – no harm done ?
