Calm and relaxation wasn’t hard to find Sunday, as this was my yoga studio. We had gone out overnight on the boat, but I still was determined to practice yoga every day.
I found a moment in the morning to breathe deep and enjoy my short session. Since I was on a rocking boat, I admit to not doing any balance poses like Tree, but I did do 12 minutes of stretch poses for my arms, core and legs.
What a marvelous way to start the day.
